Fresh egg has been broken by machine, filtered, filled and chilled with shelf life 1-7 days. This product’s group has nearly the same functional property with fresh egg, in chilled and frozen types. It has been separated as follows:-
●Non-Pasteurized Liquid Egg Albumen
●Non-Pasteurized Liquid Egg Yolk
●Non-Pasteurized Liquid Whole Egg
Good For: Food and dessert industry, hotel, food chain restaurant and catering (HoReCa).
Applications: Can be cooked and making both Thai and international desserts same as pasteurized liquid egg but has shorter shelf life.
